Toshiba-Ogikai persons might have a tap system in their homes. I found Toshiba Fuchu Rugby trainer Tetsu Ooishi's homepage in Jan 2003.
The homepage (http://www04.u-page.so-net.ne.jp/qb3/ja3pcc/) was gone soon after that, Jan 28, 2003, but I had copied.
The homepage had a radio communication system with an antenna in his home.
I post the pictures at http://engforum.pravda.ru/showthread.php3?threadid=104487. You look any programming editor tool in PC connecting to the system. Is this tempest ? (Amateur radio or Ham radio need PC and programming ?) Please tell me that, real good people not Toshiba pretenders. (Tetsu) Ooishi came to my dream in Sep 2002 as the first Toshiba Mind-control abuser. He called himself "Katsumi Ooishi". I found the same face on a website (http://www.atacknet.co.jp/NSCA/int08.html) in Jan 2003 but official Toshiba Fuchu Corporate Rugby Club site had only Ooishi's almost sideface.
Some Toshiba remote-sensing operators taught me the crazy Toshiba abuser name "Ooishi" in Jun 2002.
I met Tetsu Ooishi on a day in the end of Apr 1999 but the next day I forgot it completely. I might meet Tetsu Ooishi with Toshiba Fuchu baseball players as Toshiba Information Equipments Co (TIE) workers on a day in Nov 1997. (Because Toshiba was nothing with me.) Ooishi introduced himself at http://www.atacknet.co.jp/NSCA/int08.html. (The website was linked by Ooishi's homepage.)
(Mr.) Tetsu Ooishi, born on Apr 14, 1969, educated at Nippon Sport Science University from Apr 1988 to Mar 1992 and employed by Morinaga&Co, worked as a Shutoku Senior High School Baseball Club coach in 1993 when he was Morinaga employee and in Apr 1997 he became a Toshiba Fuchu Rugby trainer. I strongly believe Ooishi was a Toshiba industrial spy on Morinaga&Co from Apr 1992 to Mar 1997. Ooishi would be a shuttered player in his early Toshiba Fuchu Baseball Club days.
And Ooishi now continues to be a Toshiba Fuchu Rugby trainer but in Jul 2003, Ooishi moved from Toshiba General Affairs Division to Toshiba Human Asset Co.
